Vicky Hawkesworth, a rising radio presenter, was recently unveiled as one of the newest hosts on BBC Radio 1, co-hosting a new afternoon show alongside Dean McCullough, replacing Scott Mills and Chris Stark.

Hawkesworth started her career volunteering at Bolton FM, after completing her degree in Television and Radio at The University of Salford, and has since hosted shows on BBC Radio Manchester, GAYDIO, and The Manc. The Bolton-born presenter also worked on coverage of BBC Radio 1's Big Weekender and The Queen's Jubilee Concert.
